burritos

Actually this was an enchilada dish not a burrito,because it has tomato sauce and CHEESE!!!!!!!! and it's baked in the oven.

It was easy but there must be more spice it was very bland. It calls for parsley but its better to use cilantro in mexican dishes. we used ground chicken instead of beef.

  

Tagliatelle with Rich Meat Sauce

This was my first recipe from my book.  this was easy but i would not use too much oil because of the grease from the bacon. with the amount of pasta made in this recipe means that its a large meal. it needs more tomato paste then in the recipe because the meat sauce took over the taste of the tomato.
